Shipping
We ship across Poland and the European Union. Orders are sent tracked and insured so your piece is protected in transit.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
- Delivery is handled via InPost and trusted courier partners, depending on destination.
- Shipping costs and estimated delivery time are confirmed with you personally over WhatsApp before your order is sent.
- A tracking number is shared with you once your order is on its way.
Returns & right of withdrawal
As a distance seller in the EU, we honour your 14-day right of withdrawal. You may return an eligible item within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.
To be accepted, a returned item must be:
- Unused and undamaged, in the same condition you received it.
- In its original packaging, with all tags, dust bags and boxes attached.
- Free of any signs of wear, alteration, marks or scent.
Items that are returned worn, damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition may have their refund reduced or declined, as permitted under EU consumer law.
Return shipping & refunds
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by the buyer, using a tracked service.
- Once we receive the item and confirm it meets the conditions above, your refund is issued within 14 days.
- Refunds are made to your original payment method or by bank transfer.
Exclusions
In line with EU law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain items, including:
- Made-to-order, personalised or custom pieces.
- Sealed items that have been unsealed, where returning them isn't possible for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or something isn't right, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll make it right — this is separate from the withdrawal right above and doesn't affect your statutory rights.
