We source from trusted suppliers and established sellers, and each piece is hand-checked for quality and condition before we dispatch it. If anything about your order isn't right, message us — we'll make it right.
How do I order?+
Browse, then tap “Enquire on WhatsApp” on any piece. Our stylist confirms availability, sizing and payment, and arranges delivery — personally, end to end.
What about shipping and returns?+
Orders are sent tracked and insured across Poland and the EU. As an EU distance seller we honour the 14-day right of withdrawal: you can return an item within 14 days of delivery if it's unused, undamaged and in its original condition and packaging (tags attached). Return shipping is covered by the buyer, and refunds are issued once the item is received and checked. Made-to-order or clearly personalised items are excluded where the law allows.
How do I pay?+
Payment is arranged directly with us over WhatsApp — bank transfer, BLIK or Przelewy24. We confirm every order personally before anything is sent, and we never store card details.
Can you source a specific piece?+
Often, yes. Message us the brand, model and size and we'll search our network — sourcing requests are part of the service.
